Due to the nature of vintage items, all sales are final unless the item is defective or significantly not as described.
2. Eligible Cases
Returns or refunds are only accepted if:

3. Return Request
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
